Personalized orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days and delivery time varies based on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Payment Methods

Order and Shipping Confirmations
An order confirmation will be sent via email once the order has been received by Bubaloo Baby.
A second email will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Receipts
Receipts are sent via email once the order has been received by Bubaloo Baby.

Taxes and Duties
Applicable taxes will be added to the order upon checkout and are based on the ship-to location. The recipient is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees (if any) relating to all shipments outside of Canada.

Shipping Location
All orders are shipped directly to the ship-to location specified during the checkout process.

Shipping Rates
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post as they offer competitive rates and can easily deliver to anywhere in North America. Shipping rates are determined by the ship-to destination, product(s) ordered and the delivery service selected. (Expedited courier delivery service is available for an additional charge). Shipping services and rates will be displayed during the checkout process.

All Bubaloo Baby Gifts come packaged in a lovely organza gift bag free of charge.  A personalized gift card can also be added to your order for no additional cost.
